Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before we begin creating your set.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Custom orders: if we have already purchased special materials for your design, the order is considered final. In some cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund, determined case by case.

To request a cancellation, email info@vinyluxenails.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns and Exchanges

Because every order is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been created.

Custom sets, digital products, and sale items are final sale.
Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Email info@vinyluxenails.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom sets, personalized items, digital products, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.

Sizing is based on the measurements you provide; sizes differ by length and shape, and we are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the refund.
