Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before we begin creating your set.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

  • Custom orders: if we have already purchased special materials for your design, the order is considered final. In some cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund, determined case by case.

  • To request a cancellation, email info@vinyluxenails.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Because every order is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been created.

  • Custom sets, digital products, and sale items are final sale.

Damages or Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Email info@vinyluxenails.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom sets, personalized items, digital products, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.

  • Sizing is based on the measurements you provide; sizes differ by length and shape, and we are not responsible for incorrect sizing.

 

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the refund.
