• Vinyluxe Nails is not liable for any allergic reactions, irritation, or damage caused by improper application, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
• If you experience discomfort or a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
Materials & Safety
• Our nail stickers are made with high-quality, permanent vinyl and safe, non-toxic adhesive.
• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our materials, please do not use our products on broken, infected, or irritated skin or nails.
• Vinyluxe Nails products are not intended for children or for ingestion. Keep out of reach of small children and pets.
Custom Orders
• All custom press-on nail sets and custom vinyl stickers are final sale and non-refundable.
• A sizing kit is required for all 10-piece custom press-on sets. Vinyluxe Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing if a kit was not purchased prior to the custom order.
• Design mock-ups or color references may vary slightly from the final product due to lighting, materials, or monitor/screen settings.
Nail Longevity
• Wear time will vary based on application method, nail prep, lifestyle, and care.
• We do not guarantee a specific duration of wear for any product.
Social Media & Customer Content
• By sharing photos with @vinyluxenails or tagging us, you grant us permission to repost your content for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.
• Credit will always be given to the original creator when reposting.
Services & Events
• For mobile press-on services, Vinyluxe Nails is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents related to the use of third-party products, client-provided substances (alcohol, cannabis, etc.), or unsafe event conditions.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Liability
Vinyluxe Nails is not liable for:
• Personal injury or damage resulting from misuse of our products
• Loss or damage due to shipping delays or mishandling once the order has been shipped
• Reactions caused by nail glue, acetone, vinyl, or other materials
